I began using LaTeX during my PhD and have developed my skills as LaTeX was integrated with RStudio for automatically generating reports. Reports being either repetitive in nature or reports generated from big data requiring manual review during quality control checks. 

Consulting Work

Most of my experience consulting groups on automating report generation has been within an organization. These projects involved creating scripts that would generate reports monthly based on updated collected data after curation and running machine learning models. Another project included generating reproducible documentation for regulatory submissions in a standardized format needed to efficiently create the documents for subject matter experts to create the gold standard diagnosis standard from medical imaging.
